I bought a kit and found two items that didn’t function right from the start. I reached out to customer service, but after trying to get in touch with Formbot, I’ve heard nothing back for a week now. If I could rate their customer service with a zero, I definitely would. Now, I’m stuck having to buy the faulty parts if I want this kit to actually work, after shelling out over 400 bucks. Seriously, folks, be cautious with Formbot kits; I’d recommend going with LDO instead to save yourself the hassle.

I placed an order for an Ender 3 S1 Pro, which was advertised as available. After reaching out due to a delay, I learned they were waiting on a shipment, and their response took three days. I attempted to get a refund but was told to hang tight for a week. Now, a week has passed, and I still haven't heard back from them, nor have I received a tracking number or any updates about my order. The communication and customer service have been absolutely terrible; I suspect those glowing reviews are not genuine. It's been three weeks, and their website still claims the item is in stock.

However, after I posted this review, I adjusted my rating to three stars because they did eventually contact me and I received my printer in good working order.

I think they tried to assist me as best as they could.

Received a faulty item and customer service was nowhere to be found.

They shipped the printer I wanted (Ender 5 Pro with BL Touch and glass bed upgrades), but it was defective - a stray wire connecting the power to the bed heater shorted the mainboard the first time I turned it on. I checked the issue visually (after the short, I noticed the stray wire!), then confirmed with an ohm meter that the MOSFET on the mainboard was toast, leading to a runaway temperature on the bed during heating.

I reached out to their customer service - all I needed was a mainboard swap! They replied, "thanks, we'll get back to you." After a few days, I nudged them again, and they suggested, "swap the sensors of the bed and extruder and let us know what you find." I rolled my eyes but went along and reported back.

Still nothing. After a few more days, I opened a second ticket and messaged them on Facebook. They responded, "thanks, we'll consult with our engineers and get back to you."

I know when I'm being put on the back burner. I waited two weeks and still got no response. Eventually, I ordered a replacement board from eBay and installed it. Now it works just fine...

I was concerned I had an issue, and they got back to me right away. Turns out, I was just being a bit too hasty, but they handled my impatience with grace and let me know exactly what I needed to understand. I’ll surely shop with them again.

I didn't face any issues with the shipping and getting my 3D printer. However, I had to reach out via email a couple of times about my order that was stuck for 5 days. Once it finally shipped, I couldn't track it at all. If they could sort out the tracking problem, I'd definitely rate them 5 stars.

I came across some negative reviews about 3D Printers Bay from a while back, but the latest feedback was all positive, so I decided to grab an Ender 6 from them at a price that was about $100 less than what others were charging, taxes included and with free shipping. After having a couple of rough experiences with 3D printer manufacturers lately, I was really second-guessing my decision right after placing the order... But just TWO DAYS LATER, the printer arrived in perfect working order! On top of that, they reached out to me directly through email regarding shipping updates, extra items, and their stock status, and they even kindly asked me to leave a review here - which I’m more than happy to do!

This isn’t just some middleman for 3D printers - they’re a well-organized online store that clearly knows how to handle order fulfillment and customer service. Honestly, I can’t recall a better online shopping experience in the last ten years. 10/10, I’ll be checking their site first for any future 3D printing needs!

So, I kinda skipped my research on 3D Printers Bay before placing my order. After I ordered my CR10 Pro V2, I got a bit anxious and thought maybe this site was a scam. I reached out to PayPal, and they informed me I had to wait five days before I could file a claim. On that same day, I received a UPS tracking number from them. The next day, it shipped from California, and by the third day, it was at my doorstep in Utah. In just three days, I got a brand new CR10 Pro V2 in perfect condition, exactly what I wanted, and at a way better price than other places. I can see why some folks say this company has its issues, just like any other. But my experience was spot on, so take that as you will.

I got my hands on the Artillery Sidewinder X2 just a few days back. The delivery took around 9 days, and I was able to track it with UPS Tracker. Putting the printer together was a breeze; it came in just 3 big pieces with screws already in place. Some of the bed leveling instructions were a bit unclear, but I found some helpful videos on YouTube. The print speed blew me away compared to the Ultimaker 3, and the results were spot on; no strings and smooth finishes, using PLA+ from Micro Center. The touch screen looks nice, but it has had a few mis-touches (might need a little calibration). Overall, I'm really pleased with this 3D printer. Super happy with both the printer and how fast it got here.

I placed my order for the Ender 3 v2 on New Year's Eve. It's been three weeks, and all I've been getting is the runaround. The communication is pretty poor, and the replies I receive indicate that my printer is NOT being shipped from a 'warehouse' in the U.S. This will be my last purchase from 3dprintersbay.com.

On 1/26, I received an email stating they are still waiting for a shipment from the factory. It could take another 7 to 10 days for them to get it, plus an extra 3-5 days to send it to me.

I got my hands on a couple of printers from them, the Ender 5+ and the FLSUN QQS-Pro. Unfortunately, both have been a real hassle to keep running. The QQS-Pro showed up with some seriously messed up belts, needed fixing, and even after that, it just didn’t perform right. When I reached out to PIRATEbay for help, they handed me off to a FLSUN rep and then vanished from the chat. That’s what they call customer service?
As for the Ender 5+, it’s been a struggle too, with the extruder arriving in rough condition. Once again, they just pass you off to someone else and then ghost you. Two strikes is more than enough for me; I’m not giving them another shot. You might want to think twice as well.

I could've gone straight to the manufacturer for my printer, and the cost was pretty similar, but I figured it was smarter to get it from a USA company in case anything went sideways.

I'm really glad I made that choice. There was a small hiccup with shipping from the manufacturer, but Andy got back to me in less than an hour to sort it out. Everything showed up in perfect shape, and my first few prints turned out just right. I'm definitely sticking with 3DprintersBay moving forward.

I gotta say, these reviews look pretty fake to me. Their customer support is just awful. My printer arrived damaged, and it’s been a month with no replacement part. They expect me to fill out a ticket that’s already been submitted to the manufacturer. You’ll end up dealing with the manufacturer yourself, and they won’t lift a finger to help you out. Plus, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs to return it. Ordering from them feels like a total gamble; I really hope your printer doesn’t run into any problems. Just trying to give a heads-up to everyone. What a terrible experience.

After doing some digging, I chose to get the Ortur 20w laser. It arrived in roughly a week. I ain't too seasoned with this kind of gear, but there was loads of help and YouTube tutorials. It handles all my needs, from engraving letters to photos. I'm really pleased with what I got.

This is my second time ordering from this company. The first experience was fantastic, with my items arriving in under a week. Everything was just as I expected, and the prices were really good too.
